Shell celebrates seven decades of travel in Kapakistan Shell celebrates its seven-decade journey to Pakistan. On this occasion, a commemorative book titled 'Powering Progress in Pakistan' was also released which highlighted the important role and contribution of the organization for the development of energy sector in Pakistan. Federal Minister for Coastal Affairs, Ali Zaidi honored the ceremony as a special guest. Government officials, business leaders, diplomats, academicians and employees of the organization participated widely in the ceremony. In Shell Pakistan's opinion, Pakistan is the sixth largest country in the world and the sixth largest country with an agricultural population. The vast, industrial sector is developing rapidly and has tremendous potential for growth and energy transfer. With 120 years of heritage in the area, land, atmosphere and sea routes have helped Pakistani priorities in terms of development.
